What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of induced relaxation and focused concentration in which deeper parts of the subconscious mind become more accessible. It is essentially an induced ‘trance-like’ or ‘meditative’ state of mind. We experience this state in everyday such as when we become immersed in a movie, when daydreaming, meditating or just before we fall asleep.
During Hypnosis, your conscious mind is always aware; it is merely in a deeply relaxed state.
